My flight got delayed so I couldn't pick it up at the airport. They were so helpful in changing the pick up. Thank you! Would recommend using.

I organised collection at my hotel, and when I checked in, they gave me the package with easy to follow instructions.
I did not have any issues, and was easy to post back on my departure from Haneda.
I would recommend using Japan Wireless to everyone

Every thing is always smooth. The product is very fine. I kept using this service every time I visit Japan.

Great overall, Easy to use , fast and great range. Was better than the hotel overall. Highly recommended

Worked very well. Only the kable in the package was brokern.

Unit arrived at post office very quickly. Easy to use and very fast internet. Would recommend 👌

Very easy to use and a super stable connection

We used it with several devices at the same time and it worked perfectly everywhere we traveled. Very good quality of service and transfer rate.
It was delivered to us at the hotel upon arrival and we returned it at the airport. Very convenient.
Highly recommended option for its quality and price.

Wifi was pretty solid throughout my 9 days in Toyko, Takayama and Nagoya. Set up and return a breeze!

Excellent device! Strong Wi-fi signal!
