We picked up 2 hotspots, 1 worked fine with all cables and batteries. The other did not work or charge with the provided cable. Picked up a cable from the store and it worked fine. We found there was a day where the speed and connection struggled and we could not message or use line or maps while in a store at Umeda that was crowded. Over all everything worked well, with only a few issues.

The end to end customer experience was fabulous - clear instructions on email, easy to find and complete pick up in under 2 minutes at Narita, just a few second easy set up and excellent connection in all areas we went to including the mountains, easy drop off at the post box in Haneda.

By far the best experience regarding wireless I have ever had. Will definitely choose Japan Wireless every time.
