Avis

Ordered about a week prior to our trip to Tokyo. Package was waiting for me at the hotel. Worked right out of the box. We travelled from Tokyo, Osaka, Kobe and Kyoto. No issues wherever we travelled.

Excellent performance during the nonstop 15 days of usage.

Easy to rent, easy to set up and use, easy to return. I would recommend 100%

The whole process was simple and painless to access use and return, we had great coverage during our recent trip

Excellent experience all around from delivery to the return of the pocket wifi, which was seamless. Strongly recommended!

Super service.

We arrived at the hotel in Osaka and the package containing the hub etc was waiting for us. Easy instructions and we were up and running in seconds.
Connectivity throughout our 3 week stay was first class and you just post it back, in the envelope provided. Simple and a must for sending photos home.

This is the best WiFi I have used in Japan i recommend it to everyone and I will be using it again on my trip in October

Really good service and great product. Thank you.
