Excellent coverage everywhere we went.

I can’t wait to use the same thing again when I go back to Japan. Super easy to use.

Amazing product/service that you can’t travel Japan without. Easy to set up, easy to order, easy to receive and drop off. Will definitely be using again on my next trip.

Good connection and easy to use

Happy to have gone with Japan Wireless for my trip to Osaka. Lower price rates than other competitors, and everything from obtaining the wireless to using it then returning it was very quick and easy. The internet itself worked very well for all the places we travelled (mostly Osaka and Kyoto). Highly recommend!

Great customer service, complete network signal coverage, absolutely recommended.

I ordered a pocket Wi-Fi and was totally satisfied. The package was waiting for me at my hotel. Set up was seamless. The connection for myself, wife, and daughter was strong and constant. The additional battery made it so where I could easily keep it on for the entire day. Wi-Fi connection is essential when navigating yourself around Japan so Japan wireless was a key component of a great trip.

Worked without any problems, enought for 2 people.

Easy to pick up and drop off! The wifi is really fast for me to oky Pokemon Go all day!

My sister used them on our first trip to Japan four years ago. She and I used them this year when we went again. It worked great for us. From Tokyo to the top of Fuji and down to Osaka.
