I've booked my device from Haneda, the connection using the QRcode scan was easy to do. Never had problems with internet and the battery lasted all day, they even gave me a powerbank in case I needed but it wasn't necessary. I recommend this company.

A hassle-free experience. We arrived after midnight and the unit was waiting at the nominated hotel. It came with a plug, charging cord and power bank, and was very easy to use. Returning it was also super-easy; there was a post box near the information desk at Haneda Airport terminal 3.

Super easy I got it delivered to my hotel, it came already charged. I could charge my phone throughout the day with it which was great because using maps and translator eats your battery. And they gave me an envelope to post it back. My hotel was nice enough to post it for me. But all super easy!! Will use again when I go back
