Avis

Cost, pick up, delivery, coverage and drop off was all perfect. Highly recommend,

We used this pocket wifi for three weeks in Tokyo and Kyoto. It never slowed down. 2 phones were connected to this wifi. There was no problem watching YouTube videos. We rented a cheaper Wi-Fi last year from another company, and the Wi-Fi speed got so slow that it was useless after a few days.

Thank you for making our Wi Fi connectivity simple whilst travelling across Japan.

The portable wifi device was perfect and reliable. It was so useful to us while we were traveling in Japan, knowing no Japanese. Thank you for being a great tool for us.

I traveled from Tokyo to Sapporo to Jozankei to Yokohama and had incredible reception the entire time... I was quite surprised that there were barely any blackout zones, aside from a few extremely rural drives through the mountains, which is perfectly acceptable.

Not being techs I needed help setting up, and they were fast and helpful. I loved not having to fiddle with a gizmo and not taking my sim out. No negatives to say, I will be using an e sim a lot going abroad now 👏👏

Easy to purchase, works immediately

1. Quick delivery
2. Easy clear to install
3. Reliable reception
4. Very good plan options

Had good coverage in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Nagano and Hakuba

I will definitely use again whenever I visit Japan.
