Ordering the Wi-Fi from the states before my trip was perfect. It was delivered just as promised, and gave me full connectivity even far from the cities.

My family was very happy to have great wifi with this awesome product!

Pick up was super easy! I had wonderful service even in Hokkaido. Drop off was easy!!

Just what we needed for our 10 day stay. Worked everywhere we went and was always fast

Easy online ordering before getting to Japan. Easy Communication. Easy pick up and drop off. Good value and great internet coverage on the move throughout Japan. Will keep using thanks!

I simply picked up my pocket WiFi at the airport and could the instructions were simple and easy so I could use the WiFi within minutes. It worked really great the whole 3 weeks I was in Japan. The battery live was also very good and it included a Powerbank so I didn't have to worry that I would run out.
At the end I simply packed it all in the provided envelope and placed it on my way to the airport in a post box to send it back.
Can only recommend this service as it went to so smoothly.

Strong signal and easy to use. Love it.

Great service, easy to book online, pick up from airport and drop off when we left. We had full internet connection the whole 8 days. Highly recommend this.
