We could not have been more happy with our hired portable wifi device from Japan Wireless - it didn't miss a beat, was fast and battery life lasted all day. It was also delivered to our hotel the day we arrived so ready to collect at check-in. We could not have found our way around Japan without it, thank you.

Easy to use, great network coverage around Japan.

The pocket wifi was great. Had signal everywhere we went throughout Japan. Instructions were great, easy pickup, setup, use and return. Never lagged even with several devices connected. Will most definitely use again.

Speeds and coverage were great. No issues in 2 weeks.

I picked it up from airport, very easy process . Excellent service

Worked very well with 5 devices attached. Charged each night. Didn't run out of battery. Very cost effective for our trip. Thanks

Wi-fi connection was good all through our trip. We never had any problems, the battery life is good as well. They provide you with everything to keep the pocket wifi ready. 5/5 will use their service again.

Un gran producto! Llego a mi hotel a tiempo como cada vez que lo ordeno. La devolución sencilla! Muy contenta con el servicio.

The device was small, light and portable. It was also completely reliable. Loved it!

My unit had a great signal in just about all places I traveled including Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and e en more remote areas of hokkaido. Price was good. Battery life lasted the day.
