New to adding eSIMs so didn't know if it would work After a few emails with Customer Support and sending Screenshots, they knew right away what I was missing - the APN, which I did not see in the document they gave me. I was about 2-3 days without it actively working due to running around siteseeing. My T-Mobile acct was working during that time. I bought the monthly ad I'm in Japan for 3 was. Using only texting and Google Maps, it seemed to work fine, as expected. Used Skype for calls, no issues there either. Overall, reliable once I added the APN.

I’ve used other esim in place like Vietnam but this was my first time using one for Japan. Worked great! It’s nice to have good service right when the plane lands. Will use again.
