Pick up and drop off was quick and easy, worked without issue the entire 2 weeks, only had to use the included battery bank once (due to us accidentally not charging it overnight)

I found premium wifi in Japan so easy to use and quick to set up. It worked so well and gave us the ability to use the internet instantly. I was able to use Google maps where ever we went and access tickets for entry to attractions.

It was quick and the service is strong.

We had the wifi delivered to our first hotel, so it was there when we arrived, which was very convenient. It was nice to have a back-up battery as we used our wifi a lot for navigation and looking things up on our devices. The speed was great too. It was very convenient to put if in the provided envelope and drop it on a post box at the airport before security.

All equipment was already at the Hotel front desk upon check in and worked very well during my stay in Japan 🇯🇵
