Avis

This was the most efficient way to have service while traveling in Japan. It was great to have to navigate and plan train rides. Our experience of picking up, using and returning was without any issues.

This is the 4th time I've used Japan Wireless and as always it works like a charm. The first 3 times I had a larger device but the most recent time I got a device half the size which was great! On all of my trips to Japan I've been in super rural areas such as Oga, Akita and the connection is still amazing. The battery life is already good but the extra battery definitely is handy. When I needed to extend my usage, it was just a quick simple email and done. So easy and quick. Would highly recommend them as their rates are hard to beat. As long as you are not streaming or using a whole lot of bandwidth, this is perfect for travelers like myself.

Smooth process from purchase to install. Love having instant access to data once the plane landed into Japan. No issues with connectivity for the duration of the 2 week trip. Speedy network for everything from remote working to navigational usage.

We had a very good experience with the wifi box, Our only complaint was sometimes it would cut off and be unavailable on rare occasions.

Good price. Worked well during our 10-day trip. No issues at all.
Item was delivered to our first hotel and we returned it by mail at the end of the trip.

This pocket wifi was great during my 2 week stay in Japan. Never had an issue with connectivity or the speed. Just make sure you give it a full charge before heading out. Also comes with a charging battery pack. Will be using this again soon.

We recommend this pocket WiFi. Very handy, the battery lasts a lot and the connection is great. Very easy to use.

Work without problem

Everything perfect! Great value for money, excellent wi-fi performance. Seriously recommended

Did not have any issues at all.
