Tutto bene, il dispositivo ci ha fornito la connessione internet senza problemi.
C'è stata una interruzione della connessione e hanno risposto prontamente con le indicazioni del reset che non avevo con me al momento.
Consiglio quindi di tenere sempre con voi le indicazioni per resettare il dispositivo.

Everything worked perfectly fine -I recommend this product

I always use Japan Wireless for my wifi whenever I visit Japan, and the service is always fantastic.
The only thing I would say this time is that I usually get an e-mail to confirm that the wifi has been returned at the end of my trip, but this time I did not get this confirmation (so I was a bit anxious that it did not get returned in the post properly!).
The wifi itself works perfectly every time and I will keep using Japan Wireless every time I visit Japan.

Fast, easy and convinient!

It was reliable during all my trip. The instructions were very simple I was able to use it and return it without even speaking Japanese. The extra charge they lend you can also be useful for other devices in case of emergencies.

Picked up the package at the airport on arrival.
Once we found the kiosk it was simple to set up and worked without any major issues.

Japan Wireless made my Tokyo trip amazing! Pickup at Narita was seamless, and returning the device was a breeze. The pocket WiFi was incredibly user-friendly and came with a power bank. Speeds were amazing across Tokyo. An outstanding service—highly recommended!
