The fast delivery to the hotel and very easy return process via postbox.

During our nearly 3 week holiday in different locations we haven't had any issues with the pocket wifi.

I would have given 5 stars if I had only rented for two weeks as the unit worked perfectly for the first two weeks, however the download speed slowed during the third week ( In the same location). The help desk responded very quickly though and offered solutions ( which only helped slightly) and did offer to swap the unit. Very easy to set up. The battery lasted all day so I never used the backup battery.

Ease of pick up took under 3 minutes as we pre booked on line, never had a problem with connection and ease of drop of into the pre paid envelope at the airport the system was flawless from start to finish.

So simple to order, use and return, perfect!

Pretty easy process considering the language barrier. Easy enough to find the service kiosk at Haneda Airport on the way in. Never needed to use the battery provided with nightly charges. Easy enough to carry around and minimal connection issues with two phones daily. Simple instructions to drop off at red post office box, which was close to departure check-in counters. Highly recommend.
