Excellent Service and Converage

I was very satisfied Thank you

It's definitely the first of the "things to do or to do list" before you go in Japan!
It works like a charm, anywhere and anytime, and also in the gorgeous little island of Okinawa!!
I recommend and suggest anyone to get one of these pocket Wi-Fi before visiting one of the most beautiful place on this planet,Japan!!

Very good will definitely get one again on our next Japan trip

Would be lost without it. Great service and great product. Easy pickup and return. Will definitely use again.

Holiday in Japan. Ordered this sim to be sent directly to my hotel. After a bit of back and forth as some information was only sent once i had ordered the Sim (web site needs updating), turned up at the hotel and sim was waiting. Five mins to put in my phone and voila, had loads of data. Incredibly useful as google maps and translate are an englishman's best friends when visiting Japan! Went onto a cruise and the sim worked in all the areas we visited across Japan, e.g. Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima, Aomori, Hakkodate.

Perfetto prodotto, ottima ricezione

Easy as could be to pick up and drop off. Never needed to recharge during the day with two users. Great instructions.

easy to order online. We picked up from the post office of Osaka airport, the package was there on time for collection with clear instructions in Japanese for the post office staff too, very easy to use, easy to return with clear instructions
