Make sure you charge both the device and the powerbank to have smooth internet service at all times. The signal was excellent anywhere we go.

Easy pick up and drop off process.

Good connection, serviced my needs, delivered to hotel and popped back in the post - fantastic. Thank you

Easy to receive and return, easy to set up and use, and very helpful keeping a connection while navigating cities and stations of Japan.

Superb product. Fast speed (no throttling) and battery lasts for a whole day without needing to recharge. Highly recommended.

Picked up the Japan Wireless premium wifi at Narita Airport. It was really simple to set up and never once did it drop out. Well worth the money.

It was wonderful to have WiFi connectivity while we were traveling in Japan. We didn’t experience any problems.

The staff was very accommodating when I ordered a pocket Wi-Fi for our recent trip to Japan. Although we arrived late in the evening and their booth was closed, they suggested that we pick up the item at the nearest post office to our hotel. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, with no downtime.

We will definitely order from them again on our next visit.

I ordered this service before we left for Japan. At Kansai airport I claimed it and it was so easy. We stayed in Japan for 10days and no problem with our connection. Great help for us not to get lost, navigate our way easily. Before we depart Japan, returning the unit was just to put it in a provided envelop and drop it at the airport. I will definitely avail this when I get back to Japan. Thankyou

Service was very good. Pick up and return process was excellent

Excellent and easy service during our 10 days trip!
