I was able to use it mostly anywhere. There were a couple of locations where it would not work but overall great service.

Easy to set up, easy to use. No problems whatsoever.
Had bought one from another company prior to this that didn't work, so can't fault the product.

We used Japan wireless for a 2 week holiday it was very easy to pick up from haneda airport and we delivered it in the return envelope that was given to us at our hotel. We had great reception the entire trip. I highly recommend

We purchased 3 eSIMs online. It was a great decision. Easy to activate. We saved about $80/line over a 12 day trip vs the AT&T. No WiFi dongle to worry about. Only downside was that it was data only. Which meant our SMS didn’t work for any kind of 2 factor authentication. (But it would work when I connected to WiFi) Reliable connection even at Tokyo Disneyland! I would use them again on our next trip.

I have add a small plan to start with of 5GB and purchase the assurance because It was my first time buying a esim, and was surprised the easy and fast it was and so far it has been working really well has a nice coverage and speed is ok:), I'm planning to take it to other parts of Japan and will see if the coverage works also in other parts of Japan but so far great service and good option for a tourist and at affordable price

Pick up at Haneda was easy and the staff were very kind. Reception for the hotspot was great. Holds up for the whole day!
