Excellent product. Worked well and had no issues. Used it everywhere and had a longer range than I expected. Easy to pick up and return. Highly recommend this product.

Great service!

Easy to get and Always available and fast

We've used the Pocket Wi-Fi for 43 days and were entirely satisfied. It worked flawlessly in all areas of Japan. Speed was impressive considering that it's coming from a phone signal. We recommend it for all travellers in Japan.

Love Japan!!!!

This is a great solution to ensure your entire group has connectivity during any trip to Japan. While I have free international days my 2 other traveling companions did not and this ensured we were all able to have access to Google maps, texting, etc when we were separated. Works as easy as any other wifi and connection was pretty good all over Japan as we traveled from Akita, Sendai, and Tokyo all the way to Kyoto, Kobe, and Nara. Even returning via the provided addressed envelope was a breeze. Would 100% use again in my next trip to Japan.

Easy to pickup, easy to operate and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Pickup at Narita was easy and setting up the pocket wifi was very straightforward. It was a fast connection and our whole family was able to use it at once. I would definitely rent one again should we return to Japan.

Thank you for the great service! My device wasn’t charging great my first full day in Japan and you were able to replace it by 10pm that night. It worked perfectly the rest of my trip. Amazing!

Easy to use and no issues with internet connection.
