The service is very good, in all place of japan

Always working, perfect to travel !

At first time it was difficult to use, but next time it will be so easy

We hired two pocket wi-fi’s, as a family of four with two teenage children.

We liked the fixed cost and unlimited data; we didn’t have to worry about purchasing more data. One pocket wi-fi would’ve covered the whole family, but we used two so we could do separate activities.

We would fully charge them overnight and they would last all day having to charge them again.

There is free wi-fi everywhere in Japan, but we preferred the security of always having wi-fi on us; especially with a language barrier.

Would use again if we return to Japan.

My family went to Japan for a visit and all of us were connected to the Japan wireless pocket wifi. Signal is strong even when we were in Tokyo, Hiroshima and Kobe. I asked that the unit be delivered to my daughters dorm and it was delivered the day before I arrived. So convinient to return as I placed it on the mailbox in the airport. Would use again the pocket wifi on my next trip to Japan

I used the long-term rental plan, and the device itself worked well throughout the ~2 years I had it. Sometimes when the wifi wasn't connecting, I had to turn it on and off again, and that would do the trick. The cord and plug were a bit weak, so would take a bit of time to charge. But otherwise, worked well!

I thank you for your great service. The pocket-wifi was our importantst tool we used all day for 24 days during our journey. We would be lost several times if we wouldn´t have it.
We will give advice to all our friends and family to use Japan-Wireless.

The product worked perfectly for us every minute of our trip. We picked up/returned from Narita Airport and travelled Tokyo, Kanazawa/Takayama/Kyoto and Osaka. No glitches or drops. Power cord, power block, carrying case and return envelope all provided. Super easy and worth every penny!
