I have been using their service for a couple of years now. I go to Japan twice a year and sometimes I rent a MiFi and sometimes I get a SIM card for my phone. Both services are great and I have always received a very good customer service.

Worked very well 24x7 in all the places we visited, including on trains quite a bit of the time. Early on in our visit, it stopped working, and we had to reset it. The instructions included with the package explained how to do this, but could have been clearer.
