We travelled around Japan for three weeks and the pocket Wi-Fi never let us down. Charging times were always fast so we never used the supplied external battery. A purchase to be made with eyes closed.

I used Japan Wireless Wifi for 7 days and got uninterrupted service all over Japan.The pick up in Haneda and drop off through post box were easy. I highly recommend this of anyone who needs wifi whole traveling in Japan

while traveling in Japan, the MiFi kept us continuously on-line, making it easy to have translation-apps and route maps right at hand. Convenient to connect multiple phones and tablets. MiFi was perfectly delivered at our first hotel. Thanks!

Easy pick up easy hook up easy extension easy return . The wifi itself is a no problem platform. This is my third time using Japan-wireless and never had a problem using their Wireless company when traveling in Japan.

During my stay I used a mobile router from japan-wireless and was more than happy with the device. Even in the subway stations the device always worked and the company was very helpful and forthcoming in delivering my router to the nearest hotel.

Pretty good internet for the price. Rarely got disconnected.

An older device, using Micro-USB, but never had to worry about battery too much (should always have a charge block regardless). Connection was never an issue. Really, it was all I ever needed it to be.

Outstanding while using in Tokyo. Package very flexible for tourists. Recommend for everyone need internet.
