the only problem was the detail of the language only in Japanese

Very easy to collect and return, the data speed and connection was very good. The battery didn’t hold a charge long so I had to keep it plugged into the external battery pack almost always.

Excellent coverage and speed in and around Tokyo plus Very convenient pick up and drop facility at Narita for international travelers!

This was our first trip to Japan, and having the router was a life saver. We couldn't text very well without being connected. In addition, we had to use maps to find our way everywhere. We also had a free day to experience Japan on our own, and our internet even let us know the times the trains ran. It was easy to receive the item (sent to the hotel), and easy to send back (dropped off at the postal service in the airport). When we go back to Japan, will definitely rent again, the price was awesome for 8 days use.
