Everything worked as promised. The unit was at my hotel when I arrived, as planned. The unit itself worked perfectly the whole time. I received a reminder to return it on the agreed upon day and then a confirmation that they had received it. Will definitely use again.

Easy process from reservation to return. Loved the option to have our router delivered to our hotel. Reasonable rates. Great way to stay connected on our vacation. Would use this service again!

Delivery was to our hotel. Worked as directed. Battery lasted until 5pm. And back up battery was included.

Have used on a number of trips. Great to have the wireless delivered to the hotel and easy to post back when leaving from the airport. Usually quick responses to emails. My only problem was that the charging cord was damaged and I couldn’t use it. I emailed the company and they sent a new one to the hotel but it took at least 2 days from memory. I couldn’t use the wireless for at least a whole day which was inconvenient. They are based in Tokyo so I thought this was a bit too long to wait for a replacement seeming I was in Shibuya. I thought maybe I should have been offered a discount for the inconvenience but nothing was offered.
However I would probably Japan Wireless again because it is so easy.
