Easy to use and set up

I bought an eSim from Japan Wireless during my las visit to Japan, and I've to say that everything worked as advised! No complains. Will probably buy one again on my next trip to Japan.

I had a very good experience with the 15 days SIM from Japan Wireless. I needed help in setting up. Sent emails, they were answered immediately with the correct help !!! Highly recommend.

Easy and convenient pick up and return! We had some issues getting the battery to charge a couple of times but otherwise worked great!

I had reserved a pocket Wifi before traveling to Japan and everything was perfect - it was waiting for us at the hotel when we arrived, had perfect internet connection throughout our 2 week stay and was so easy to drop in the mail at the airport before we left Japan. The japan wireless WiFi worked great while visiting various cities in Japan recently. We used the WiFi on 2 devices for about 3 weeks without problems (we had to reset it twice while in train stations but were easy fixes). The provided instructions were easy to follow. Thank you!
