I ordered the sim from India and since it was on short notice, I chose the delivery at hotel option. They ensure the delivery was on time and it was perfect. There was proper instruction on how to activate it and I had great network coverage throughout my trip.

This is the 2nd time we've purchased an e-sim from this provider for Japan. Easy to use, fast and reliable internet. We went on a 12 day cruise within Japan and surprised to have internet connectivity while cruising from top deck of the cruiseship so did not need to rely on the cruise wifi which was highly expensive. Highly recommended, the only thing that I wish it allowed for is personal hotspot for kids devices.

Iʻve been using this service monthly for the year. Now that I know where itʻs located in the airport. Thereʻs many of the same stands around, but you have to go to the right one. Employeeʻs are helpful and will even set your WIFI for you if you ask. Thanks

On our trip to Japan for 27 days we used Japan Wireless. It was perfect in all cases. Worked throughout the Kanto area . The charge lasted most of the day and the spare battery insured we had serice for the entire day. Highly recommend.

Installation was easy. Printed out the QR code at home. Connected to the Haneda airport wi-fi. Scanned the QR, updated my mobile data setting and I was connected. Data may have slowed a bit in a couple of the areas we went to in the mountains, but I don't recall ever losing connection. Used around 3 Gb in 15 days. Constant use of Google Maps, Google translate, looking up info, sharing photos, WhatsApp chatting and calling. Did not stream video, except a few local info YouTube videos. Definitely worked better than my friends pocket wi-fi.

The whole experience was great! Straight to the point. My partner and I were in Japan for 2 weeks and we couldn’t have made it without WiFi. We’re coming back in February and will definitely use these services again. Thank you!
