got the sim card at narita airport postal office. setup had been easy on an iphone 8 and everythign worked as planned. would use this offer the next visit as well.

Bicycling from Tokyo to Hiroshima. We depended on the wireless for navigation
And locating camping sites and food. We had the added risk of Typhoon Hagibis.

The hot spot worked flawlessly and the charge lasted longer than I expected.

I used their service throughout my 23-day trip around Japan. Everything went according to plan. I collected it at the post office at Narita airport upon arrival and dropped it in a post office box at the airport upon departure on my last day of my stay. They also supply a back-up battery just in case you the wi-fi device runs out of power on any long day out, and even though I never had to use it, it was good to have it for my peace of mind. Highly reccomended! I will use it again on my next visit to Japan.

Ordered online , delivered directly to the hotel , exceptionally easy to work and never dropped signal throughout my stay. Could not recommend Japan Wireless enough.

Envelope with wifi was at the hotel when we arrived.Easy to set up and good battery life, no hasles. Would reccomend to anybody.
