Japan Wireless worked faultlessly through our 12 day stay in Tokyo. For the group I had traveled with , it was available 24/7 to help with our our communication needs. Certainly I would recommend Japan Wireless to all visitors , to assist and help make their trip a pleasant experience.

Japan Wireless was really easy to deal with. We are going to japan at the end of December and have already organised the pocket wifi to pick up at Haneda Airport when we arrive.

Yes, without any doubts this pocket wireless device is absolutely a must when travelling in Japan. It is very easy to order, to receive, use and return. I had it delivered at the post office at the Narita Airport and it worked like a charm. I highly recommend to fetch it there. Very helpful staff and quick to get your envelop with the device.
I recommended it to a friend and she got hers delivered at the Shibuya Branch - which is actually an exchange office in the center of Tokyo and this turned out to be a BIG MISSTAKE, we had to wait for over 45 minutes (a sign saying the staff was on a 20 minutes brake... just behind a set of curtains, 5 to 6 persons not helping out...) before somebody opened up the curtains and helped her out.
The device is very easy to set up, light, can become quite warm, is easy to load, easy to use and very handy!
I will order this again next year when I am travelling in Japan!
I used the mobile wireless device in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka with no problems whatsoever. It was quick and easy to use. Highly recommended.
It was very useful to have around and the powerbank was especially convenient.
