The customer service team i dealt with during our changes due to covid19 and we accidently took the device back home and they couldnt be nicer or more helpful and all these events were not their fault but they certainly didnt penalise me as much as they could have and were very understanding to my plight. Highly recommend and will use again 100% next time I am in japan!
