Excellent service, we get this service again in future, love it

I ordered and paid for this on line. It was delivered to my first hotel so available in advance of my arrival.
I left it at my last hotel in the prepaid envelope as I left for the flight home.
Really easy to use with excellent reception wherever I traveled. Much easier than swapping out SIM cards.
Thoroughly recommend.

Hiring Japan Wireless Pocket Wifi was a great idea. It meant being able to access my data anywhere in Japan.
The service was excellent as it was there for pickup at the first hotel on arrival.
Compared to having a plan with my own provider, this service worked out cheaper.
Returning the pocket WiFi was easy and all packaging required to do so was provided.
I'd recommend this service to anyone travelling in Japan.

I needed wifi to maintain connection with the world out there and this company is easy to contact and receive the device which was very easy to carry around.

My phone is the Samsung galaxy s8 so the sim cards dont work on it. This worked perfectly everywhere i went. The internet was fast, it was easy to connect. I got it delivered to my hotel on my first day and theres a post box in Haneda terminal 3 near the escalators in check in to post it back. It lasted all day and i charged it for a few hours at night turned off to fully charge it. Overall, would definitely recommend for anyone travelling to Japan who wants fast reliable internet at all times.

Pickup and return the pocket wifi at narita airport was simple and easy., at the post office steps next to the departure hall. The device works great in all of Japan.
