Went with the data SIM’s for our two week trip in Japan, and it was the least stressful part of our trip to plan. Delivery was seamless, and they had clear instructions on how to activate the SIM card. A simple and great experience!

Loved it. Very easy to pick up, very easy to get started. No datalimit. We had 4 items on this wifi and the download speed still was extremely fast. Definitely recommend

My wife and I were in Japan for a month. Two weeks in Fukuoka and two in Kyoto. We rented 2 wireless units since we weren't always together. The devices were waiting for us at the Ryokon when we arrived and worked great everywhere we went. On the Shinkansen and other trains we were never cut off from the web or one another. In Kyoto, restaurant and shopping information and GPS were always available. Since we speak only a tiny bit of Japanese and read none constant access to Google Translate on our phones was a great benefit. When we returned to Haneda airport we dropped the pre-paid envelopes in the box and headed home! Japan Wireless was exactly what we needed. We will use them again!

I had failry low expectations of a portable wifi system, but this one was really well thought through. The spare battery/charger was important, and in general, everything was excellently done - Bravo!
