Easy pick up and drop off and great and reliable project makes this a must when travelling through Japan

Everyone who wants excellent service should us this. It was easy to order, pickup and return. I will definitely use it again!

Before travelling to Tokyo we’ve ordered 2 pockets WiFi that came with 2 power banks.

Collection at the airport counter was smooth and it was easy to connect our phones and devices to the WiFi. We didn’t have any issues with WiFi dropping.

Every night we had to charge the devices but the power banks came in handy on the occasions the pocket WiFi devices did run out of power.

We returned the devices ant Osaka Kansai Airport via post using the pre-stamped envelopes provided which was very convenient.

Was able to quickly reserve WiFi and use it for my family that came to visit Japan

I got strong signal almost everywhere with the Pocket wifi device and the battery lasted all day.

First time family trip we rented two Japan Wireless hotspots (one for adults one for the teens). Easy use, good speed, and consistent connections throughout our stay in Tokyo and Kyoto area. The kids never complained about lost or slow connection 👍Convenient next day doorstep service and mail-dropped at Narita airport on way out of town.

Phone was at the hotel as promised. Easy to set up and use.
