Super easy to pick up and connect right away. Great to have the battery backup we used it for 7 days and it was perfect.

Everything worked perfectly. The package included the pocket WiFi device, a power bank, and an adapter. I purchased it online from New Zealand, and upon arrival at Narita Airport Terminal 1, my package was ready and waiting at the counter with my name on it.

The return process was just as easy. Be sure to keep the return envelope provided, and before entering airport security, place all the items back into the bag, seal it, and drop it in the post box at Terminal 1.

I traveled to Japan in April and I had pre ordered my wifi service through Japan wireless, picked up at Haneda Airport with no issues, had the service for 16 days which was amazing, ordered 2 portable wifi as we were a group of 7 but 3 were seniors which needed there own wifi to get around as the group would split, never had an issue it worked flawlessly. Would highly recommend. You will need it.

Other than the fact that I didn’t set it up prior to landing and then couldn’t do so because I had no Wi-Fi, it worked as planned.

The equipment was waiting for us when we arrived at our hotel and was quick to set up. Wherever we travelled in Japan over our two week visit we always were able to get the network service. The whole process has been easy and the cost very reasonable. Returning the equipment when we left was also straightforward and we received confirmation of the safe return a day after our arrival back in the UK. Would definitely recommend Japan Wireless Premium WiFi service.

Excellent service from ordering before flying, collection at the airport and use of the device while travelling around Japan. Battery lasted all day everyday, some days were close to running out but no issues. Would use again.
