Other than the fact that I didn’t set it up prior to landing and then couldn’t do so because I had no Wi-Fi, it worked as planned.

The equipment was waiting for us when we arrived at our hotel and was quick to set up. Wherever we travelled in Japan over our two week visit we always were able to get the network service. The whole process has been easy and the cost very reasonable. Returning the equipment when we left was also straightforward and we received confirmation of the safe return a day after our arrival back in the UK. Would definitely recommend Japan Wireless Premium WiFi service.

Excellent service from ordering before flying, collection at the airport and use of the device while travelling around Japan. Battery lasted all day everyday, some days were close to running out but no issues. Would use again.

Easy pick up and drop off. The picket wifi worked perfectly for 2 users, even in more remote locations.

We had three devices connected and everything worked reliably and quickly the whole time
