First part of our trip the service was great. We moved to western Japan and had some technical problems however, the issue was resolved in a quick manner and a new hot spot was sent to me immediately. I was back online in no time. Always very convenient to have as we travel in Japan. The delivery to our first hotel is always efficient as the unit package is already waiting at the front desk for us. The return via airport postal box is super simple. We've noticed that the WiFi units are newer and the battery life lasts much longer than previous rentals. We highly recommend this!
