We were always with WiFi! It was very interesting to be all day connected

Great to have internet conection at all times. Not a single problem.

Collected at hotel and dropped of at departure terminal very smooth process. The unit worked excellently with 6 devices, never had to use the spare battery over a 16 day period. Remember to recharge the battery every night, enough power to last a day or two.

On our Three UK network unable to use Data Roaming in Japan, this was definitely an excellent option and at a very good price.....Definitely recommend .

Great way to get your WiFi !! Amazing how easy it was. Arrives at the hotel and package was waiting for me. Rented it for 11 or 12 days.. it was great!!! It was my first time and my friends as well in Japan so don’t think you can do without it . That WiFi was my to go to. Without it we would have been lost . When I was ready to leave Japan all I had to do was leave it in the envelope drop it off at the front desk and that was it.
I would recommend Japan Witeless if you’re looking to renting a WiFi. I would also definitely make sure you put on the international day pass on your phone just in case . That’s with your phone carrier . You don’t get charged but at least you have it as a piece of mind . My friends usd it South Korea .

This device was easy to use and extremely fast wifi connection. Pickup and dropoff instructions were very clear.

Fast connection and the extra power bank helped us last the entire day without worry of running out of batteries.
