Great, reliable service

Overall I was very happy with the pocket wifi during our trip to Tokyo and Osaka. However, wi-fi speed seem slower when the battery level was below 30%. Also, the Hilton Tokyo Bay did not have my pocket wifi when I arrived to our hotel. Your email said it was delivered the day before we arrive but the front desk upon checking said they did not have it. I was able to get it the next day however. Not sure what happened.

This was a great deal, very easy to set up and worked everywhere we went including on the cruise ship as it sailed up the coast. Would highly recommend it

Super handy to have when travelling japan. No issues with speed. A must purchase when travelling to Japan. And was able to pick up fr Kansai Airport Post Office with no issues.

The most concern was whether wifi arrives at the requested address when I arrive in Japan. It arrived on time so I was very happy. Thank you!
