This is my third time using Japan wireless. I'm always satisfied great connection and their survice. When I had to extend service, they reply my email very quickly. Only problem is that I have to reset sometimes when I loose service but it's very easy.

All went as promissed

I read a bunch of reviews for some of the more well known companies carrying pre-paid SIM cards but those places were charging a lot more than Japan Wireless. I'd give a 5 star rating if a key or paper clip was included (luckily I had packed a paper clip to open my iPhone). Internet speed was fast and reliable.
