I tried other wifi wireless service, this one is the best

Fast respon and internet are fast.

This is the fourth trip I have been in Japan and this is the first time we have had the freedom to walk anywhere, get directions, net service anywhere just as long as somewhere on in my backpack there tiny Wi-Fi is located. I love too that it came with a charger and chord. This is a huge plus. It will also charge the phone and even my headphones. Great Service!!!!

Excellent internet speed and great battery life.

The WIFI unit has very good coverage and good speeds. It is easy to set up and last for about 11 hours. Very useful to have especially for navigating around Japan. It's a must have along with the JR pass.

I ordered for the pocket wifi, the day before my arrival in Japan at Haneda Airport. Getting the item was a breeze, the booth can easily be located. The set includes the pocket wifi, a wall charger and a portable battery for charging! I used to rent pocket wifi from another company but they do not include an battery in the set. Returning the item is very easy because all you need to do is to put the item in the return envelope which they provide and drop it in any postbox (there is one in Haneda Airport located near the xray check). I will definitely get their services again!

Easy to use and great for us all to connect

Spectacular

I used the Japan Wirless premium WiFi for 13 days in northern Honshu (Aomori) and it worked great. It lasted about 9 hrs on a full charge then had to use the backup battery. Recharging both with only a single cord took a while though. I picked it up and dropped it off at the Narita Airport Terminal 1 post office located on the 4th floor (departure floor) between the North and South Wings. Very convenient. Will definitely use again. I also used the 1000 yen coupon code from the online Japan Wireless magazine when I ordered it. They also sent me reminder emails before I picked up and before I returned it.

Pick up and drop off at the airport post shop when we arrived meant we had wireless from the moment we got into Japan until the moment we left. Fast internet, no issues. Battery lasted pretty much all day but having the battery pack meant we never ran out once. Thanks for the great service.
