Very easy to order the WiFi pocket

Ordering, Pick-up and drop-off was extremly easy. The Information about Pick-up and drop-off was simple to follow. The router worked great and we (4 devices connected) had always access.
Next time in Japan I already know what I will do!

Good experience for reserving device

I've been to Japan 4 times, and I've always ordered your wifi. It always works great! This last time it didn't work 100%, because the battery wouldn't re-charge de mobile-modem. Something wasn't working right. Overall, it's still a good product and service.

Could not have imagined having our trip without it! The speed was not as fast as promised but still fast enough.

The wifi is a perfect companion in touring Japan. It helped us a lot during our 8-day stay. There was no problem in searching for our rides, where to eat and the needed directions to go around Tokyo and Osaka. 6 gadgets were able to access the wifi with no difficulties. Though there might be a need to upgrade the powerbanks provided.

In the beginning, there was an issue with the package because the Pocket WiFi was addressed to a different person but has the serial number that I have. The Postal employees and what I assume is the representative from Japan Wireless was able to resolve the problem fast.

The Pocket Wifi was reliable even when we were in the Subway. The process was fast and eay. I'm really glad I was able to get one even at the last minute.

We are in japan right now and with this pocket wifi, travel around the country is very easy. Thanks again for this excellent service!

Very good service!

Got it delivered to my hotel. Set up was a breeze. I sent back the products in the return envelope and gave to my hotel to send back. Only complaint was that the battery pack would only charge for 20 min max. Luckily I brought one from home. Would definitely use this service again next time!
