always good signal everywhere and good battery life

Great product, no issues, kept me from getting lost in Tokyo.

Worked very well for group of 3 traveling from US. No issues throughout entire process, from pickup at NRT, to use on trains throughout trip and return at HND. Will definitely use again during my next business visit to Japan.

Really efficient, with a good battery. Delivery very easy at the airport post office.

Used this for our two week tour of Japan it’s a great way to travel and to stay connected when your outside of a WiFi zone

Worked flawlessly, always had connection, used as a mobile hotspot for 2 other people with no issues. I loved that it wasn't an extra item I needed to take care of (say, charging or carrying) and I didn't need to return anything! Fantastic option.

Great service.

Perfect wireless system to be connected in Japan 24/7! The product was delivered to my hotel and I used it until the very last minute at the airport, I leave it in an envelop at the post office at the airport. it was easy and well supported by a power bank to have battery all the time

It was very convenient, and the battery lasted for a full day.
It was delivered to the requested place and it was easy to return (just drop to a post with a provided envelop.
