Ottimo servizio e copertura eccellente ovunque e ottima velocità di connessione, io ho fatto il pickup in aeroporto all'arrivo ed in 2 minuti ero online, la busta prepagata inclusa per la restituzione è una vera comodità, non abbiate timore in Giappone le poste funzionano e i pacchi arrivano, userò ancora il servizo tutte le volte che tornerò a visitare il Giappone

Perfect wireless system to be connected in Japan 24/7! The product was delivered to my hotel and I used it until the very last minute at the airport, I leave it in an envelop at the post office at the airport. it was easy and well supported by a power bank to have battery all the time

It was very convenient, and the battery lasted for a full day.
It was delivered to the requested place and it was easy to return (just drop to a post with a provided envelop.

We used this service for a family of 5 during a week visit to Tokyo. The overall experience was very pleasant - everything went exactly as described in the website. We did our research ahead of time and everything went smoothly. Don't get me wrong, the whole point of excellent service for something like this is that there should be no hassles, surprises or issues for a Wi-Fi egg, which is what we got. Good network speed throughout Tokyo despite pretty heavy usage. Would definitely use this service again on the next trip!

Flew into Japan and picked this pocket WiFi up. Service was flawless my entire trip. Battery drains fast but they provide an external battery. Very happy with this rental.

During my week long trek from Tokyo to Hiroshima I was always connected. Even hiking Mount Misen in Miyajima I could search anything from what to eat to what other sites to see. I was weary to using a pocket Wi-Fi device, but the ease of use and price point (especially sharing with a group) is unbeatable. Will be using this when visiting Japan onward!
