Great service!! Very easy to use!! Product was waiting for me upon arrival! Easy return. I was able to use until departure and returned at the airport. It made my visit to Japan very pleasant and easy to communicate with family and friends.

Pocket WiFi is a must for your trip to Japan! So easy and convenient to access. You just pick it up at the airport and drop it off at a mailbox in the airport. I never lost service. Didn’t need to use my hotel WiFi at all. It’s the best thing ever. Thank you Japan wireless.

It worked a without an issue, exactly as promised.

We are really glad to confirm we used the premium wi-fi and we must admit it is really worthy and it helps us at every time we need it
We used it a lot for the 10 days not only for maps but also on the lap top.

We really recommend it

Usefull and connected everytime ans everywhere. Perfect

Worked wonders and not pricey at all!
I recommend!

The card was delivered at airport office as planned. Instructions for installation was easy to follow. Internet worked fine hotspotting from one to two mobile phones, even during our trip through the japan alps. To be safe we used hotel and train wifi when possible, but would probably have been fine anyway.

This product and your service was awesome. We never had any problems and the battery is very strong. We didn't even needet the powerbank, but it was good to have.
I will book this again on my next visit.

No problems at all, it just worked as expected. Express delivery available.

Easy to pick-up and dropp of. Easy to use, Totaly necessary traveling in Japan.
