We rented the device for 2 weeks. From Osaka to Tokyo. It was already at the hotel front desk when we arrived with very simple set up and mail back instructions. Very easy to use and never had any problems. Excellent coverage. Battery life was excellent and we never had to use the backup battery provided.
I would definitely recommend this company.

It was very convenient to have when traveling and it lasted very long. I would use again on my next trips. Only thing is to check the cables that came with it may be damaged, I had to use my own to charge the device itself.

Amazing! Could not fault it for anything. Only wee negative was we weren’t told we had to reset the box to start the GB again so first couple days we where trying to stay within the 7gb. Other than that would highly recommend

I got the wifi at nagoya airport just as promised. Used it to other part of japan without problem. Will definitely use again when I come to Japan in the future !!

Excellence service, the unit was delivered to the hotel upon arrival. The battery lasted over 10 hours, never had to use the back up power bank. Never had any problem with the reception even hiking out of the country side or up in the mountain . The only time we experienced without the signal was when the train passed through the tunnels.

I ordered my the day before our trip to Japan (less than 48 hours). After I completed my order online I received an email from their customer service stating that due to the short notice it would not be guaranteed to have my hotspot available upon my arrival at the airport. Instead, they suggested me to have it mail to my hotel instead. I did it and was concerned that we were not going to have wifi for the first day in Japan. However, when we were checking in at our hotel Front Desk handed me the package! We used it for the entire trip. Wifi was fast and stable at all time! Return was also easy. We simply dropped the package at the red mailbox at Haneda airport.
Highly recommended! Their customer service is also super responsive and easy to communicate in English. I will definitely use it again when I go back to Japan!
