Everything is perfect

The wifi device was delivered at the hotel on the day of our arrival. Unit was charged so it could be used right away. Slim and handy design a welcome feature. Signal excellent wherever we went. Will definitely order when we come back to Japan.

I had no problems with it. Will order again next time. :)

This unit worked really smoothly everywhere in Tokyo (except perhaps in the deepest basement floors of buildings). Reception is great, speed is good, battery life lasts almost the whole day. Japan Wireless is also easy to order from, delivers on time, easy to return. I’ve been using their service for 7-8 years.

True to its tagline line - Stay Connected, Anywhere in Japan.
Impressively dependable.
Also i appreciate that they were able to deliver to my hotel a day before i arrive in Japan - just 2 days after i booked for it. Thank you Japan Wireless!

Very quick and caring

Great WiFi in Japan.

Great product and any failure

Unit is handy and light and battery life is long. After-sales service is also very good. When we reported a problem with the unit, they replaced it immediately. Thank you Japan Wireless!

Pick up and drop off was easy as its done at the airport so we had the option of using it as soon as we exited. Connectivity was fast and reliable. Will use it on our next succeeding trips.
