Great customer service. Price is not bad for Japan. Competitive for those needing flexibility without a long term contract.

Recommended. Speed and reliability are excellent (in Ishikawa and Osaka). Can handle many users (regularly 7 in the household). Customer service is ok. Have renewed contract 3x. Wouldn't consider anyone else next time.

The wifi is excellent and very easy to transport! It’s only in Japanese though so sometimes a bit difficult to navigate as a foreigner, but the price is great and I use it every day!

If you’re a foreigner looking to purchase internet for home or being out and about - this is your answer! Easy and no contracts.

I have nothing but superb experiences with Japan Wireless Wi-Fi. I can highly recommend this service for the day, the week or even longer for the tourist and the resident of Japan alike.

I rented it because my wifi was not yet installed. I think its the cheapest alternative for a short period.

I could benefit of a discount which reduced the price by half. It is a great service and it gives the possibility to move around with a good signal.
It has its limits and should not be used for high debit operations.
I recommend it for daily and normal usage.

Prompt service, the 4 out of 5 times we have used them we have had no problems with the wifi. The one time we had a problem (only a few devices were able to connect) we were able to exchange the pocket wifi for a new one.

I hope Japan will open boarders soon so I can come back and hire again a pocket WiFi from you. It works great!
