I’ve been using the service for over a year now. Wifi speed is good and stable. There are times when the device needs restarting, but other than that the device remains reliable both at home and on the go.

Website was easy to use. I made a mistake on my own behalf and the customer service was exceptional.

Good experience in Okinawa. Delivered to my hotel without issue and the wifi puck worked well in Ginowan area. Price was better than some locally available wifi pucks, and no data cap was very useful.
