It was easy to reserve and pick up the Wi-Fi hotpot at Narita. Just be aware that pickup is after customs.

Prompt delivery, hassle free return, reliable equipment, reasonably priced. What more would you ask for? I always order from this company before I travel to Japan and have always had my order waiting for me at my hotel or other destination when I check in.

As a traveller and not being able to speak the local language, having data access is very helpful. I was able to get access to data minutes after customs to start my journey. Booking the device was clear and easy. The connection was strong throughout my visit to major cities. And returning the device was just as seamless.

WiFi has always worked great. Also included was a charger with cord. I had internet available for 12 days without any problems!

Easy to order, was ready to collect at first hotel, worked perfectly for 3 weeks and was very easy to return, just dropped it in post box at airport. On full charge it lasted approximately 12 hours, but came with a battery charger pack, which we found useful for our phones as well. We were constantly running 2 devices off it, no problem but I believe you can go up to 4. Highly recommended, would definitely use again.

Excellent Service, delivered to Hotel before we arrived. Worked perfectly for the 2 weeks we were in Japan from Tokyo and areas in between to the Southern areas of Kyoto, Kurokawa. Kumamoto and Miyazaki. A must have to save roaming charge if you need data / internet in Japan.
