Very handy to have on a trip to Japan. It was easy to use and small in size. At one point during the 21 day trip it did overheat and not work for about half an hour. That was the only time though and for the rest of the trip there were no complications. Recommended!

Everything as promised. Ordered the device to the first hotel. It comes fully charged. Connection is a few seconds (2 iPhones). Strong signal everywhere during our 15 days trip. Even on the countryside. Return is a breeze. There are mailboxes at the airport.

Very easy to order. When I arrived at the Tokio airport, i placed the order and by the time I checked in the hotel, the device was at the front desk.
Used it for 2 weeks and it worked flawless. We traveled from Tokio to Fuji, Osaka and Hiroshima and never lost signal or had any issues.
