This product was easy to use around Japan. It was also very reliable!

Easy to order, easy to pick-up, easy to connect, easy to use, easy to give back.
We could connect 2 phones and have internet everywhere in Japan. Recommended!

The pocket wifi was ready to go, easy to use and was extremely useful. Japan Wireless got it to my hotel the next morning. Thanks. I will use your services again when in Japan.

This worked great for my family at an amazing price. Easy and convenient to pick up and drop off at the end of our stay. I highly recommend!!

hassle free wifi use

This technology worked great while I was traveling in Japan. Japan Wireless communications were prompt and it was responsive to my requests. Incredibly easy to order and to return.

I had great coverage everywhere I went from Utsunomiya area north of Tokyo to Kitakyushu area in south of Japan and all the many places between as well as while traveling on the Shinkansen. I had 2 to 3 devices connected most of the time and the battery kept all day. I never needed the extra battery charger. Will use Japan Wireless on my next visit to Japan.

The WiFi worked like a dream. There were 3 of us using the 1 device. The only issue if you got a little separated from whoever was carrying the device you would lose service so for next time I would think about renting at least 2 devices. Well worth the money.

service is great and very convenient

It’s a must to travel around Japan
