I rented this pocket wifi for almost a month. Pickup and setup at the airport was super simple and I never had a single problem the whole time I had it! My connection worked everywhere and the speed was always good. Dropoff at the airport post office was as easy as it could possibly have been.

Such a seamless experience that made for an stress-free vacation! Having it delivered to my hotel, ready by the time I got there, and being able to drop it off at the mailbox at the airport with the included envelope made for a phenomenal experience! WiFi worked well and lasted all day; we didn’t even need the included battery but it was great for added ease of mind!

Picked this up at the airport landing in Tokyo. It was so easy to use and very quick to set up. Very useful for visiting Japan, particularly as a as a couple or small group. Saved us either having to arrange local SIM cards and/or tethering to each other's phones draining the batteries. Very handy to have - worked all over Japan with very fast speeds and battery easily lasted all day with pretty constant use. Returning was very simple, just dropped into a post box at the airport on our way home.

Needed internet access while in Japan. Found Japan Wireless. Prices were reasonable; unlimited data and service worked very well. Drop off at mailbox was convenient.

Very efficient system

C'est un outil indispensable pour le japon. Sans cet outil n'importe quel déplacement devient vraiment compliquer. Cela marche très bien et la batterie dure longtemps avec pas mal d'intensité d'utilisation. Merci à Japan Wireless pour leur location. En revenant au japon je ferais de nouveau appel à leur service.
