Our experience with our Japan Wireless pocket wifi device was all we'd hoped it would be. It was easy to pick up at Narita Airport and easy to set up and connect to once we arrived at our hotel. For a reasonable price, three of us were connected to wifi all day while we were wandering the streets of Tokyo and Kyoto-- making it possible to find our way around by foot or by train, and also allowing us to translate signs and menus as we went. We appreciated the included charger and ease of returning the wifi device at the end of our visit. Thank you for an excellent experience!

I booked the 4G router for a 12 day trip to Japan. I arrived and the router was already at my hotel, it activated immediately and has always worked very well, in all the places I have been.

Purchased the wifi before arriving in Japan. Picked it up at the Ninja Wifi counter on the 3rd Floor in Haneda Airport. Had great wifi during my entire stay, and very easy to use. And the return was so simple: there’s a JP Post mailbox right in the departure area, so you can use the wifi up to the point you’re about to go through TSA. Also got an email confirmation that they received the return that same day. 100% recommend!!

Device is the right size for a small sling bag, battery life is so good you dont even need to used the powerbank that theyve provided. Internet speed is as advertise. All in all a pretty good deal.

The portable WiFi was amazing throughout my whole trip. It was delivered to my hotel before I arrived, so I could use it straight away. Easy to setup and nice a small to carry around. Then just posted it back as I was leaving, it couldn’t have been easier!! Great service!

We had no problems with the wifi router. We were able to always get a wifi signal when needed.

If you don't have a good roaming data plan with you phone provider this is a must. I had great signal everywhere I go, even in the subway. No hassle getting and returning them too. Their booth right before you exit Narita Terminal 1.

I was reluctant at first dealing with a company I wasn’t familiar with in Japan. However, I got my device at my hotel on the day and time I needed it. I emailed my questions and concerns and they responded back promptly. The device gave me no problems. Conveniently , I even mailed my device back at the nearest mailbox near the hotel I was staying at before I left for the airport.
